HOST: Shelly Skeen Caldwell- Founder of the We Speak Association & Speakers Guild in Atlanta, Georgia and also a N.C. native from Thomasville. She currently travels as a speaker, writes contributing articles to several publications and textbooks, as well she is a minister at her local church in Duluth, GA.  Her love for dialogue about politics, education and religious topics can be followed on Blogtalk Radio on the We Speak Radio Network, on Facebook as She Speaks Association and the We Speak Family Forum group pages. Dr. Kim Scott, Moderator

Moderator:  Kim Scott, EdD is a native of Albemarle, NC and currently resides in Charlotte, NC. He serves as the Dean of General Studies at ITT Technical Institute (Charlotte North Campus). He has served in the public schools of North Carolina as an Award winning teacher, middle and high school administrator and Director of student services. Under his administrative leadership, twenty-four (24) schools benefited from alternative education programs to transform the lives of high-risk students, namely African American males.  His passion is youth ministry , administration, program planning. He has been  noted as a keynote speaker church events, educational conferences,  and college/university settings throughout America and 3 countries.

His favorite Bible Scripture: Psalms 51:6

His life’s statement: “Tell them what you’re going to tell them. Tell them! Then, tell them again.”

His founding belief:  “I believe that when one truly understands, embraces and walks in his purpose (calling) that the possibilities of the world hearing the voice of God is inevitable.”
